Who uses them
Letters and slips that match the invoices
Office teams use letterheads for quotes, letters and statements, and compliment slips for the note that goes in with an order.

A matching set
| Product | Size | Printing | Saver |
|---|---|---|---|
| Letterheads | A4 | Front only or both sides | 5 working days |
| Compliment slips | DL, 99 x 210 mm | Front only or both sides | 6 working days |
| Continuation sheets | A4 | Printed front or blank | 7 working days |
Pick one paper for all three
90gsm is everyday office paper, 120gsm feels firmer for client letters, and 170gsm is thick and formal. Ordering all three on the same weight keeps a two-page letter and its compliment slip feeling like one set. Add printed envelopes to finish it.
Company details on letters
Limited companies commonly show their registered name, company number, place of registration and registered office on business letters. Companies House guidance sets out the rules; check it or ask your accountant before you approve a design. UK mainland delivery is £7.95 an order, and free once the goods in your basket reach £100.
