Event Tickets

Event ticket printing for the nights people plan for: charity dinners, school plays, quiz nights, club presentations, dances and small concerts. A printed ticket on firm 300gsm board feels like part of the occasion, survives a few weeks in a purse or wallet, and tells the guest the date, time and place in one glance.

Sizes and finish

What to print on an event ticket

The event name, date, doors and start time, venue address, price or "complimentary", and who to contact. The back is useful for a map, a menu choice, a dress code or terms such as no re-entry.

Raffle and cloakroom tickets

These tickets are printed with your design but are not numbered and have no tear-off stub. For a raffle or a cloakroom you need a matching number on two halves, so these are not the right product. If you need numbered raffle or cloakroom tickets, send the details through our quote form and a person will reply with what is possible.

Gloss or silk

Gloss makes photos and bright colours pop. Silk has a smoother, less shiny surface that is easier to write on with a pen, useful if you add a table number or a name by hand.

Artwork, quantities and timing

Set up artwork at A7 or DL with 3 mm bleed and keep text 4 mm inside the edge. Upload a print-ready PDF, design it online, or add our Artwork & Design Service at checkout. Each upload gets an automatic check for size and resolution; add File Check for £4.99 if you want a person to look over it before print. Order 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000 and up to 20,000; the price per ticket falls as the quantity rises. Saver production is 6 working days, Standard 5 and Express 4. Delivery to a UK mainland address is £7.95 for the whole order, and free once the goods in your basket come to £100.
