Overview
A self-inking company stamp puts your name, address or a short message on paper in one press, with no separate ink pad. Press down and the die flips onto the built-in pad and back onto the page. Offices use them to mark invoices paid, stamp the back of cheques, add an address to a receipt or a delivery note, and sign off forms that come back from site.
Shapes and sizes
| Impression | Size | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Rectangular | 36 x 12 mm | Name and one line, PAID or RECEIVED |
| Rectangular | 57 x 21 mm | Company name and address |
| Rectangular | 67 x 28 mm | Address with logo, several lines |
| Round | 10 mm | Initials, a tick or a small mark |
| Round | 15 mm | Small logo or seal-style mark |
Ink colours
Black for addresses and everyday marks, blue so a stamped original stands out from a photocopy, and red for PAID, URGENT or COPY. The pad is built in and re-inks with matching refill ink.
What to put on a company stamp
Keep it short: the impression is small. A company name and address, an account name and number for paying in, a returns address for parcels, or a status word with a line for the date. A logo works best in the larger rectangular or round sizes, simplified to solid shapes.
Stamps for invoice books and forms
A PAID stamp on the customer copy of an invoice, an address stamp on a plain receipt book, or a RECEIVED stamp on returned delivery notes: a stamp keeps paperwork moving when there is no time to write.
Artwork and timing
Send your wording and logo, or lay it out online. Fine lines and very small text may not show clearly at stamp size. Upload a print-ready PDF, design it online, or add our Artwork & Design Service at checkout. Each upload gets an automatic check for size and resolution; add File Check for £4.99 if you want a person to look over it before print. Order 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10 or 20 stamps. Saver production is 10 working days, Standard 8 and Express 6. Delivery to a UK mainland address is £7.95 for the whole order, and free once the goods in your basket come to £100.

How we handle reviews
Only people who bought the product can review it. Each review is checked against a real order and marked "Verified owner".
We publish every genuine review, good or bad, exactly as it was written. We never edit reviews or choose which ones to show. The only reviews we hold back are spam, abuse, or ones that include personal details like a phone number or email address.
The star rating is the average of every published review. We never pay for reviews or give discounts or gifts in return for them.
Reviews show the reviewer's first name and initial. To have your own review taken down, contact us.
