Ordering and prices

Is the price on the product page what I pay?

Yes, for the goods. The price shown for your options is what you pay at checkout, plus delivery. Delivery to a UK mainland address is £7.95 per order, or free when the goods in your basket reach £100 after discount codes. Design fees do not count towards the £100.

Why does the price change when I pick more parts or a bigger size?

Every size, number of parts, paper, quantity and speed costs a different amount to make, so the price box recalculates each time you change an option. What you see is the real price for that exact combination.

Why are 10 invoice books not ten times the price of one?

Much of the cost of a print job is setting it up. Extra books add paper and binding, so the price per book falls as the quantity rises. The product page shows the change as you choose.

Can you print something the shop does not list?

Send the details through the Get a quote page, for example numbered raffle tickets, different wording on each NCR copy or a very large run. A person replies with what is possible and a price.

How do I pay?

By debit or credit card at checkout, processed securely by Stripe, so your full card number is never seen or stored by us. You can check out as a guest.

Invoice books and NCR forms

What does NCR mean?

No carbon required. The paper is coated so writing on the white top sheet copies through to the coloured sheets underneath, with no carbon paper.

Are invoice books numbered?

Yes. Each book holds 50 sets, numbered in sequence. If you need a different starting number, write it in the order notes and we confirm it with you before printing. NCR pads and loose sets are not numbered.

What is the difference between duplicate and triplicate?

Duplicate is 2-part (white and yellow). Triplicate is 3-part (white, yellow and pink). 4-part adds blue.

Should I choose a book, a pad or loose sets?

A book keeps every numbered copy together, a pad lets each completed set tear away whole, and loose sets suit clipboards and binders or forms with terms on the back.

Can you tell me what my invoice must include?

Our help centre summarises GOV.UK's list, such as a unique number, your business name and address, the customer's details, what you supplied, the dates and the amounts. It is general information, not legal or tax advice, so check with GOV.UK or your accountant.

Artwork and file checks

Is my file checked before printing?

Every upload gets an automatic check for size and resolution before you pay. If you want a person to look over the file as well, add File Check for £4.99.

What happens if my file is rejected?

If the automatic check finds the resolution too low, you can upload a better file, choose to send the right file later, add File Check for £4.99, or hand the job to our Artwork & Design Service.

I do not have a layout. Can you make one?

Yes. Design it online on the product page, or add the Artwork & Design Service: typesetting, design from your brief, a logo redraw or a new logo, at fixed fees.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

Delivery to a UK mainland address is £7.95 per order, or free when the goods in your basket reach £100 after discount codes. Design fees do not count towards the £100. Mainland Highlands postcodes add £10 once per order; Northern Ireland and the islands are quoted first.

How long will my order take?

Each product shows its production days for each speed, from 5 working days for letterheads to 12 for invoice books on Saver. Production starts once your order and artwork are in, and the courier usually takes 1 to 3 working days after that.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

No, we deliver within the UK only.

Returns and problems

Can I return personalised stationery?

Items printed to your own design cannot be returned because you changed your mind, but faulty, damaged or wrong items are reprinted or refunded. Details are on the returns and refunds page.

Something arrived damaged. What now?

Send photos of the items and the packaging through the contact form within 48 hours, with your order number, and we will reprint or refund.
