Overview
Printed envelopes carry your logo and return address on every letter and invoice you post. A branded envelope is easier to recognise on the doormat, and a return address means undelivered mail finds its way back. Pair them with your letterheads and compliment slips and the whole envelope-to-letter set matches. An invoice posted in a branded envelope also looks like a bill from a real business rather than junk mail.

Window or no window
A window envelope shows the address printed on your letter or invoice, so nobody has to write or label the envelope. Choose no window for a cleaner front where you add the address yourself or print it on a label.
Paper and seal
Both papers are white with a self-seal flap: peel and press, no licking or moistening. 90gsm is the everyday office weight and 100gsm feels slightly firmer.

Artwork and timing
Keep printing away from the window and the edges, and leave the address area clear on non-window envelopes. Upload a print-ready PDF, design it online, or add our Artwork & Design Service at checkout. Each upload gets an automatic check for size and resolution; add File Check for £4.99 if you want a person to look over it before print. Order 500, 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 5,000 or 10,000 envelopes. Standard production is 6 working days and Express 4. Delivery to a UK mainland address is £7.95 for the whole order, and free once the goods in your basket come to £100.
