A4 Continuation Sheets

Continuation sheets are the follow-on pages of company stationery. Your letterhead carries the full heading on page one; a continuation sheet carries a lighter version, perhaps just the logo or the company name, so page two of a quotation or report still looks like yours without repeating the whole address block.

Printed or blank

Choose printed on the front for a branded second page, or blank on the same paper when you only want the paper itself to match your letterheads.

Paper weights

90gsm suits everyday letters, 120gsm gives a firmer page for quotations, and 170gsm suits formal documents. Pick the same weight as your letterheads so a two-page letter feels like one document.

What goes on a continuation sheet

Usually a small logo or name at the top and space for a page number. Some firms repeat the footer with registered company details. Keep the design quiet: the page is for the letter, not the branding.
