NCR Sets

NCR sets are carbonless forms supplied loose rather than bound into a book or pad. Each set is a stack of 2, 3 or 4 sheets that copy through from the white top sheet when you write. Loose sets clip to a clipboard, sit in a desk tray or file straight into a ring binder, which makes them the usual choice for job sheets, delivery notes and inspection forms that travel round a site.

Sets, not sheets

The quantity you choose is the number of sets. Order 500 sets of 3-part and you receive 500 white, 500 yellow and 500 pink sheets, collated.

Sizes and what they suit

Four ways to print carbonless forms

• Black, front only: the classic business form, sharp on every copy.
• Full colour, front only: your logo and brand colours on the form.
• Black, both sides: the form on the front, terms and conditions on the back.
• Full colour front, black back: branded front with printed terms behind.

Parts and colour order

White is always the top copy. 2-part adds yellow, 3-part adds yellow then pink, and 4-part adds yellow, pink and blue, so a driver, a warehouse, an office and a customer can each keep their own colour.

Artwork for NCR forms

One design prints on every part. Keep boxes big enough for handwriting and leave a clear margin round the edge. Loose sets are not numbered, so add a reference box if you want to write one in. Quantities and timing

Order 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 or 10,000 sets; the price per set drops as the run grows and the price box updates live. Saver production is 11 working days, Standard 9 and Express 8. Delivery to a UK mainland address is £7.95 for the whole order, and free once the goods in your basket come to £100.
